Welcome to Ms. Ledesma's Second Grade Class!
Welcome back from Easter break everyone! I hope you all had a fun and relaxing break!
This month's virtue and saint focuses on obedience and Our Lady. Obedience means saying "yes" to the loving will of God and those He has set over us. Please choose one or a couple activities to do as a family. Then, write about something you learned and want to share in the community. Virtue projects are due Wednesday, April 24.
- Make a list of people you should obey. Choose one of those people and work on obeying him or her better this month
- Focus on your teacher's directions this month. Give him or her your full attention and try to do right away whatever is asked
- Sometimes selfishness or our temper can get in the way of obedience. Make a list of people you should obey, and never say "no" to them this month
This month's poem is Spring Morning by A.A. Milne. Please practice reciting the poem with your students throughout the month.
