Principal
Kathryn Palmquist - Keck
Kathryn Palmquist-Keck was hired as principal in April 1997 after 17 combined years of teaching and leading St. Anne’s in Tacoma and St. Alphonsus in Seattle.  
She earned her BA in early childhood and elementary education from Central Washington University.  She earned her Masters in Education and Principal certificate from Pacific Lutheran University.  She has been a part of the Seattle Archdiocese since September of 1981, where she started her career as the third grade teacher at St. Anne’s in Tacoma.   All three of her children attended St. Mark Parish School and continued their education at Archbishop Murphy High School.  She has always loved the ministry of education and enjoys being able to work with students, parents, and faculty. 
Kathy has served as principal of St. Mark Parish School since 1997.

Kristine Recabarren
Kristine Recabarren was born and raised in the Shoreline area.  She is a St. Mark alumni, who attended from kindergarten through the eighth grade, and is a lifelong parishioner of St. Mark Parish. She has two boys, Dante’ and Devon, who attended St. Mark Parish School as well.  She earned her BA in Social Welfare from the University of Washington.  Prior to her work at St. Mark Parish School, she worked as a preschool and kindergarten assistant at Lake Forest Park Montessori, and was a  therapist at Seattle Mental Health and Seattle Children’s Home specializing in child and family therapy.  Kristine loves working with children, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. 
Kristine has served as administrative assistant of St. Mark Parish School since 2011.

Laurie Campbell Pitner
Laurie Campbell grew up in the Lake City neighborhood and attended St. Matthew's Parish School.  After graduating from Bishop Blanchet High School she earned her BA in Communications from the University of Washington. With 25 years of work experience in corporate philanthropy from Bank of America and Puget Sound Energy she decided to return to school, earning her Masters in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University in 2013.  Upon graduation she starting her own consulting business working for Benevity, a Canadian software B-Corp, guiding Corporate Social Responsibility Leaders on their employee engagement programs. At Holy Rosary Edmonds, her parish of 20 years, she found ways to serve in various capacities, as Capital Campaign Adviser, RCIA Team Leader, Stewardship Council Member and Lector Coordinator.  You can find her at the ambo as a Reader on Sunday's at 7:30 am.  
Laurie started working part-time for St. Mark Parish School in Nov 2018.
