Dear St. Mark Students:
Welcome back!
Summer went by SO FAST, but we’re hoping to make school
this year at least slightly more enjoyable.
So, to help that plan, we opening this awesome, fantastic,
magnanimous web page called the Lion’s Den for you to post your
opinions, stories, and more.
There will be many parts
of the Den open to your use. You can have
your own blogs to post your opinion on something or to just tell
about the week. It can be about how the
Seahawks are doing, the games you play at recess, how you view
the presidential election, or maybe your vacations.
You will also be able to
write reviews and post them. You can review
TV shows, music, video games, books, movies, or whatever you
feel like. You can make recommendations and
score the item (example: I score Walle at
five stars).
You can also have an
advice column
if you like. It can be about most anything:
soccer, pets, celebrities, or just life in general.
The altar serving schedule
will be posted too. This way you can check
it quickly and easily. Other events will be
posted on the Lion’s Den such as the Family Night Auction or the
Halloween Party. We will also have a photo
gallery on the site that you can take pictures for.
We hope that you will take some awesome pictures of you
and your fellow classmates for the website.
We will have a running
count of the spirit points on the site and what you can do to
earn them. Remember, if you get enough
spirit points then your class can earn a treat!
We will also post some fun links for you to check out.
