TUITION CONTRACT

 

All parents/guardians are required to sign the school’s tuition contract which indicates an agreement to fulfill the tuition obligation.  Included in this contract is the agreement that tuition is to be collected through the SMART Tuition Program.

August, 2005 UPDATE - Tuition/Financial Obligations

St. Mark Parish School is dedicated to building a strong faith-filled community by supporting and aiding families in educating their children; therefore fees and tuition are to be paid on time.

The following policy is now in place for the school:

NOVEMBER: You will receive a notice for tuition or fees (this includes auction procurement) not received if you are behind on any payments.

JANUARY: You will receive a notice for tuition or fees due to the school.  At this time you will also hear from the Pastor or finance officer regarding tuition and fees.

* If you have an eighth grade student, your tardiness with tuition will be noted on the high school recommendation form.

MARCH: this will be your final notice for the year.  At this time if your financial obligation is in arrears the Pastor will contact you and registration will be withheld until a financial agreement has been made.

JUNE: on the last day of school, all fees and tuition must be paid.  Failure to meet your obligation will result in one of more of the following:

The mission of the school is to help families in times of difficulties.  There are times when changes occur in your family finances and financial assistance can be arranged by making this known to the administration.  Please call to talk with the principal or pastor for assistance.
