A management plan is developed jointly between the student, teacher and parent consisting of expectations of performance and provisions for periodic evaluation by all parties. The contract is a positive image affirming and includes an expiration clause. In extreme cases, the school retains the right to require third party professional intervention (counseling, etc.) as a provision of continued enrollment.
