Annual Fund is conducted through the Development
Office. The Annual Fund Drive is a direct appeal for donations by mail and by
phone which is kicked off by a complimentary gourmet dinner buffet in the sprint.
Average net: $58,000.

Parent opportunities: include
helping with bulk mailing; setting up, attending or serving the kick-off
dinner; phoning for pledges; writing thank you notes; making a pledge at
registration.

The monies bridge the gap
between the cost of tuition and the actual cost of educating our children.
Donations are all tax-deductible.
Auction is a gala dinner/auction with 250 guests held here at St.
Mark School. A wonderful social event and proven fundraiser, it has grown from a
net gain of $35,000 in the first year to an all time high of $80,000. A Family
Night was added 6 years ago. The 2007 Auction brought in over $40,000 for
the school budget and over $19,000 for the Fund an Item of document cameras for
the classrooms. Stay tuned for news about next years auction!

Parent opportunities: include
procuring items for the auction; creating classroom projects, decorating,
setting up, attending or serving at the dinner and at Family Night; writing
thank you notes.

The monies go toward the
operation of St. Mark School and toward a special Funded Item which is
determined each year.
Gift Wrap/Magazine Sales are conducted through the Parents’
Club. Last year’s sale netted $5,255 and we
hope to realize $10,000 this year.
