Attending the Auction

Attending the auction is just as important as procuring items.  Bringing friends is even better!  Remember there are two auction events:

· Family Night is the Wednesday before the Gala Auction.  It is free to attend, has a family focus, and lots of activities and kid friendly food for purchase.

· Gala Night is Saturday, May 14th, 2011. 

· Normal tickets are $55 each and include a formal dinner and hosted champagne preview.  Purchase an entire table of 8 for $440.  Sorry, there are no 10 seat tables this year.

· We are offering corporate tables this year for the price of $1,000 (OK Corral) or $1,500 (The Alamo).  These tables include special signage and advertisement opportunities.

· If you are an alumni, or family of alumni, we encourage you to purchase a table (or be a table captain) and let us know of your alumni status so we can make special mention of this fact.

· If you’d like to be a table captain (one who is responsible for filling a table), please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you with this  process.  Table captains are a valued and important part of guest relations and act as ambassadors the night of the auction.

· Early Bird/Alumni Special:  If you purchase a table early, or are an Alumni, you can purchase a table of 8 for $400, rather than the normal price of $480.  Early bird special is good until Feb. 28.
