Mr. Ken Hemmen teaches K-5 P.E. and computers K-8. He graduated from City University with a Master's Degree in elementary education. He has a BS with a major in history from Western Washington University.  Mr. Hemmen holds a Washington State teaching license in elementary education (K-8).

Mr. Hemmen completed his student teaching in the Edmonds and Lynnwood school districts, and St. Mark's is his first full time teaching position.  He attended St. Mark Church as a child, and has been an adult member of St. Mark's Parish community for over 10 years.  He has taught Sunday School and is looking forward to working at St. Mark's School.
